If you are not pleased with what you bought or if you change your mind, we will work with you to reach satisfaction.
If you have just ordered something and you want to cancel all or part of your order, send us an e-mail as soon as possible. If the item(s) has not yet shipped, your order can be modified or canceled.
If it has shipped, please inform us of your desire to cancel within 14 days after receipt of order. You must return the item(s) with no signs of damage and send with anything that may have accompanied the item and in original packaging.
Artglass Studio does not bear any risk of damage to the goods during return transportation and all shipping costs for return purposes and /or possible duty/custom taxes are the full responsibility of the customer.
If, as part of your order you received free or discounted shipping, the actual amount will be charged for returns.
This return policy does not apply to goods made to order or personalized orders.
Any damaged item may be replaced. This will be determined in communication with the customer
Please send a picture of the damaged item near or on its original packaging within 14 days from receipt of the goods (this can be done via e-mail). Upon receipt of the picture, arrangements will be made for a replacement.
PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY & SALE PRICE
Please note that not all the glass items in our shop are in stock at the moment you place an order. They need to be handmade on request and it can take us some weeks to have the items ready for shipping. In this event, we will inform you about any delivery delays at which time, you may maintain your order or cancel it.
FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in delivery due to events outside of our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
